Pizza Maker (Mod Squad)
Craft made-to-order pizzas with speed, accuracy, and a smile. You're the heart of the Mod experience, ensuring every guest's creation is exactly what they envisioned.
- Assemble and bake custom pizzas to order
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient guest service
- Support team during peak hours
Shift Leader
Lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for operations, team coaching, and maintaining Mod standards.
- Supervise and motivate team members
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism
- Ensure food quality and safety compliance
Assistant General Manager
Partner with the General Manager to run a high-performing location. You'll develop people, drive sales, and create a culture where every team member can thrive.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- Monitor financial performance and labor costs
- Execute operational strategies and promotions
- Champion the Mod culture and values
Guest Experience Specialist
Be the welcoming face of Mod Pizza. You'll greet guests, take orders, operate the register, and ensure every visitor leaves with a great impression of our brand.
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm
- Process orders quickly and accurately
- Handle POS system and cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house
Delivery Driver
Deliver hot, fresh Mod Pizza to our guests' doors with speed and care. You're the final touchpoint of the Mod experience — make it a great one.
- Deliver orders safely and on time
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean record
- Represent the Mod brand with professionalism
- Assist with packaging during slow periods
